Return & Exchange Policy

At ZHR closet, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

No Return or Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our items. We kindly ask that you review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item(s)

    • The packaging (including any visible damage)

    • The shipping label

Once we receive your claim, we will investigate the issue with the shipping company. We aim to respond to such cases within 10 working days.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, we will contact you with the next steps.
